rebecca zweig is a writer & filmmaker. her work has appeared in the nation, the new york times, & revista nexos, among others. her first documentary feature film is currently in production, which has received support from the SFFILM documentary fund, chicken & egg picture’s (egg)celerator lab, the points north fellowship, hot docs pitch forum & the sundance institute. she is a graduate of the iowa writer’s workshop, where she was a teaching-writing fellow & a Green/Burgess scholar. she is from washington dc, and lives in mexico city.
